The Rock Musical 'David vs Goliath' which was written last year by the Witchwood School of Rock Tutors, has won the 'DIANA ANTI BULLYING' award. This is a fantastic achievement and a special awards night is being arranged where the award and certificates will be presented by World Renowned author, Philip Pullman to the cast and creative team of DvG. Congratulations for this fantastic achievement.

Summer Holiday Workshops were BRILLIANT!
The bands were superb and loads of fun was had by all. New songs, new videos and some great live performances. It's fantastic to see so many young muso's developing so well. Keep it up. Don't forget that there's term time workshops and the next Big,Big,BIG event is the massive Halloween Gig in Witney. Rip it up!

We are running the following summer holiday workshops at New Beaconsfield Hall – Shipton-under-Wychwood:
·Week Commencing Monday 2 August to Friday 6 August 2010 (5days) 1.00pm – 4.00pm
·Week Commencing Monday 9 August to Friday 13 August 2010 (5days) 1.00pm – 4.00pm
·Week Commencing Monday 16 August to Friday 20 August 2010 (5days) 1.00pm – 4.00pm
We are also running a workshop at the Fat-Lil’s music club in Witney (more will be scheduled if there is demand):
·Week Commencing Monday 26 July to Friday 30 July 2010 (5days) 1.00pm – 4.00pm
Aims of all the workshops will be song writing, recording and producing music videos. There will be a gig at the end of each week for parents to watch what the bands have created.
Cost per week £100 (second sibling £80).
Special discount for all our young rockers that have attended before if booked and paid by Friday 16 July - £80 per week(second sibling £60)
